    185/65/15 on stock rims?

I'm just wondering if I can fit 185/65/15 size tires on the stock rims. I need some snow tires and pretty much decided which kind to get now I just need to decide on the size. Would there be any disadvantages going with this size? Thanks.

I just had 185/65/15 Bridgestone Blizzak WS-50's mounted on my wheels. They were originally on my 2002 Civic Coupe, which I traded in. The speedometer will be off by .97%,which is acceptable to me and I think to the general automotive world. I cant think of any disadvantages because these tires actually handle better than the stock ones,in my opinion. Ive also heard that it is actually better to have thinner snow tires.

Thanks. I was going to get the BF Goodrich winter slalom tires, but found that the size I wanted didn't support the load of the car. So I ended up going with the Kumho Izen tires in 185/70/14 with steel wheels. Should be much better than the stock tires. Ya thinner tires are supposed to be better for snow.
