oil grades???

In the manual it says to use 5w 20, but i been using 10w 30 castro syntec, is this ok? Is it good or bad? What are you using and what do you highly recommend?

I'm not one to do this usually but try the seach function or just look around. There are several active threads going on oil already.:p :p
