Will 17x7.5, 48 offset with 225/45/17 fit on our cars? Will it rub? The speedo will be a little off too.

Thats not going to work if you want to keep stock wheel diameter for warranty purposed but it will definitely fit with no rubbing

Wow, you must be new to cars all together. Wheels/tires will NOT void the warranty. Providing of course you don't get something too small or huge size wise.
