Seat not stable. Seat rail problem?

Ok, I have had my car for about 6 months now and one of the things that bug me is the seat rails. Esp. the driver's side. Constantly they slide back and forth, just small movements. Its driving me nuts.

I haven't brought it to Honda cuz I slide the seat to my comfort position and its very good/solid but ALL the other positions, the seat always seem to move.

Has anyone else had this problem? and is there a DIY remedy?

No sliding, but is starting to creak with side to side weight transfer.
