help cleaning off little dots!!!!

i find these yellow and black dots all over the car, i have to use my thumb nail or go over and over with the wash mit to get them off, some wont budge, what are they and what can i use to make them disolve off the paint?

Use Meguires Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner. That shit takes off everything.

thanks for the replies, i went down to pep boys last night and got some meguires polish, that also took em off.
