    People with Yoko EVS100s...question...

i know that these tires are (obviously) supposed to wear quicker than the stockies, but do u guyz notice them wear REALLY kwik? i havent had mine too long and the tread is prettttttttty low already... on a cold day if i go WOT in first i lose traction (in florida, and only with a SRI)

    normal? am i abusing them?

    thanks in advance...

How many miles do you have on them?

I drove mine pretty hard and wore them down to nothing in 3000miles:(

I ran them for about 1500 miles before I switched wheels and the fronts wore about 2/32nds. Tire is 10/32nds new. Tires tend wear quicker when they're new so this is not terrible. Some Yok's tend to be very sensitive to low air pressure so be real careful on checking inflation pressure. Good tire not an awesome tire for a rainy state like FL.

    Cool

Yokos are dog shit... too loud, shitty in wet weather, excessive tire wear, limited grip and the hits just keep on coming!!! Pony up for Bridgestones and you will be amazed!!!

Too much toe in or out can eat a tire up in no time all... it doesnt take much at all.

I think the es100's are a GREAT tire for a rainy state like FL. they are one of the best rain tires I've driven on.

They wore about the same rate as stock tires for me - but I am using a significantly wider size which helps prolong treadwear. I got just shy of 30k miles out of them.

IMO they're a great tire to have for the street.

they weren't that great for auto-x, but certainly better than stock. They can't hold a candle to the bfg g-force KD's I have now. :D

I agree, everybody says their horrible in the rain, and I have trouble trying to break them loose in the rain....

As for autox, they are good - but no azenis.
