I am interested in your rods. If you can I would like to see a side by side comparison of the A3,A2 and your aftermarket A3 rods.

The A3 rods have a different diameter crank journal than the A1 and A2. We do not have any A3 rods in the works as of yet. (Soon)

hey i just got my crank back from machine shop and they said they had to take out 11 grams from it to balance out is that normal ...isnt that alot ??? would honda make them so off i thought they where factory balanced...didi you balance your k24 cranks yet...on my motor iam useing your pistons tsx rods witch are much more thicker and the rod bolts are longer and looks like 1mm bigger on the bolts...type s oil pump baffle oilpan..what do you recomend i gap my piston rings to...within stock spec on big side or what???

I have not balanced my crank yet. It would not surprise me that the crank is out 11g. We have seen aftermarket clutch/flywheels that are out 40g.

I would gap the rings on the big side. But since you will be honing the cylinders for the piston, they will probably already be on the large side.

hey tom i started my car for idle and to blled the coolent and i noticed the header and down pipe was glowing red...is that normal for it to do that on idle..ive never seen it befor.???is it runnig to lean??
