    SFP 300whp Dyno Vid!!!

Well, SFP did it again. I am only going to do a small post tonight because it's late, but I wanted to let everyone know how my tuning session at SFP went tonight. I am going to be in Miami most of the day tomorrow, but will post everything tomorrow night. Here is a basic run down for you to drool over. It made 300whp(297.1) at 9.8psi. Yes, that's 300hp and 245 ft. lbs of torque. It ran perfectly smooth. Here is a pic and vid for your viewing pleasure. The dyno sheets, pics, and other video's will be posted tomorrow. I also wanted to take a quick minute to say a special Thank You to Frank, Scott and the crew at SFP. They have been wonderful to work with on this project.

Something tells me the cat wont last. But I want to be the first here to say...

    DAAAYYYUM!

Now for the skepticism to kick everyone in the balls. I see drama in the future of this thread. The very near future. It'll prolly start with those tq numbers. Those are so crazy high.

I doubt we'll see high 12's. With those numbers, I'm sure he'll spin a bit unless he's got some bad ass tires or is a crazy good driver, lets just assume its average. In addition to that, it's not a lot more than other kits pushing a lil less boost and are only hitting mid to high 13s.

This kit is totally bad ass and I want to see it at the track too, though. Cant wait for these next few weeks.

Themutt you also have to remember that the SFP turbo car has already done a mid 13 so you shouldn't expect less just a faster time to go with the hp

Congratulations Most-Wanted. Your car is insane. I wanna ride today so I can decide if I'm getting one LOL. Just one correction... the car made 297.1wHP and 245lb/ft or torque. Super impressive since it's still pushing through a catalytic too. I'm sure there is 3+ more wheel hp in that cat. Before anyone gets alls all skeptical, lemme say this. I was there. I saw it first hand. I was the one videoing the runs. This car rocks. It's a bone stock SI with our stage2 turbo kit, a Clutchmasters stage3 clutch kit, and a 3" turbo exaust, and a boost controller. That is all. These cars have really been growing on me but I have to say I'm a true beleiver in K20 power now. Somebody buy my B20vtec turbo hatch so I can pick one of these puppies up. hehe... Anyways, congrats again on having IMO the baddest stock motor EP3 around.

That's awesome. Glad to see other companies are able to more horsepower per PSI then others. Looks like SFP is the sleeper turbo company heh.

On a side note, everyone bitchs about traction. This might not sound right but we tighten the shit out of our throttle cables when we get our cars, if we hadd 150 hp, think maybe we should losen them a bit? I would think that would help controling the power.

    Anyways, Congrats most wanted!

    How to get 300hp info.................

Here are some video's of my EP3 on the dyno at SFP. It produced 297.1whp and 245 ft.lbs of torque at 9.8 psi with 93 octane, 19" wheels, and catalytic converter. Rev limit has been raised to 7500 and runs perfect with no CEL. There is even a pic of the cat for the non-believers. I am trying to keep the car fairly quiet so its staying put for now.

Raised the rev limit to 8200?!?!

Are you sure, or are you just going by the tach? The factory tach is inaccurate once you get that high, maybe you're mistaken? Iono, it just seems kinda overkill to raise the revlimit that high.

I have to chuckle a little bit. I was just talking about your setup today. You have one sweet ride. 300whp on the stock internals is just amazing. Beef it up and add more boost is the next step. I think your misting is definitely helping to keep things cool. Keep up the great work. Your still on the short list.:D

Most-Wanted won't be reving it that high till we do internals and valve train. It's just there so another reflash isn't needed. 7500rpm is about where we're cutting the revs off.

I'm not sure and I'm not being a wiseass, but isn't he the only guy on that short list you speak of? I mean the list that says stock EP3 engine 300whp? :D
