If you do a search, you'll see that most people are going with 17's. I personally like the look of a 50 series tire on a 16. Buy what ever makes you happiest.
I am thinking about getting Advan RGs. For an all motor car, do you think 17" will be too big. The price is about the same for both.

I like the look of 16s myself
Those Advans are bad-ass, I wish I could afford them! :(
you mean the RG's. Yeah I like that look too. If you're willing to go with a heavier wheel, the N1 wheels from Black racing are similar.Originally posted by silver ep

I'm thinking about 16's now. I think 17's are too big, not to mention, you won't have that much tire for bumps and crappy roads. Not to mention the 16's have a less rotational mass, and weigh less, so I'd get the 16's
I'll be going with 16's, strictly for performance reasons. (Weight, tires, etc..)

I got some fairly light 17s running on 45 series tires and think that is the way to go (CTR runs on 17s).
I know the 16s are going to be lighter but the CTR has 17s so that is why i am thinking about 17s too.
if you AREN'T the type of person to rag out ur car and knock off .1 secs of time on the 1/4 get 17's. otherwise just get better tires.
