Do ya mean 90' turn ? A 45' turn is, well no big deal.
I just installed mine tonight.
I took some 45 degree turns and it makes the biggest difference you can imagine. It might be my wheel/tire combo that helps. I have 18" wheels with 35 series Nitto NT450's and Neuspeed Sport Springs.
This strut bar keeps the rear end from sliding out during corners, it keeps the rear flat and eliminates alot of body roll, keeping your tires firmly planted in their contact patch.
I took these corners while the road was wet, at 45 MPH and the car still did not slide out. Since our cars are FWD, it makes more sense to put the strut bar in the back, since this tends to slide out during corners.
We do have the Strong Bar in the front which helps alot to reduce body roll.
I also ordered a 2001 Civic Tie Bar which will be here the 27th, I will install that and tell you how much improvement I get.
Heres my install:

How did you install the brace? Did you have to cut any of the plastic pieces?
Yes you have to cut the plastic peices in order to put them back. Here is a pic of mine with plastic peices cut and under the carpet.
