wheels questions?

Me again...

researching for wheels and came up with a few questions...

The stock wheel for the EP is 15" right?

What is the offset of the stock wheel and how important is it?

If you change the offset "+ or -" what kind of differences will you notice in your ride?

If I were to buy a 16" wheel which I am leaning towards what would be the best all around tire? (tire brand and size plz)
I realize this is more of an opinion question and depending on what you want your ride to be like but just need some info.

i went with 16x7 rims +40 and 205/50/16 Kumho ecsta supra 712 Tires. good tires and not to expensive.

port what kind of rims did you get? those are the same tires i got, i just need to get my rims, which are on the way, 16x7 rota slipstreams black, later

16 x 7 Rota Slipstreams.. bronze lol on the way :) what color car do u have with the black? i almost went black, i have a whit car, and i thought the bronze would look a little better
