Are Tenzo 800 series fog lights hard to install

I have just bought some "tenzo 800 series high power halogen lamps" and im thinking of installing them myself vs the $100 fee to have someone else do it. I've never done anything like this, does anyone know if its hard. and what the risks i'm running if i do it myself thanks.

Nothing is hard to install if you have the know how and the correct tools, but since you say you're a beginner, i would let an install shop do it, or find a buddy that can help you do it right so that you can learn.
