Red prototype EP in Hondas brochure???

I know I've asked this question before but, does anyone here know if the red EP that is in Honda's Si brochure is a prototype for the HFP or not? I like the body kit that's it but can't seem to find out what it is. I don't think it's the HFP though. Any ideas?

No, those are two concept cars - the black one is Mugen, the red one
is Skunk2 or Hasport or something.
If you do a search for "Mugen AND Honda ANd website", you might find
more info on it, b/c there were a couple threads about it a while
back when that site was first updated (with those pics and 04 info).

The red EP is the SKUNK2 EP

The red one is Honda's Si. If I remember correctly it's turbocharged and whatnot.

the red one is actually honda's factory concept one of the first ep3 to have the protype greddy turbo before it came out toe the public that kit was hand made and these no one other like it ...so if you want one like that i hope you got deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep pockets ....that car you looking at is running well in the 40 g's zone maybe more .....everything in that car is custom .....

Thanks for the info everyone. The black one is actually Kingmotor Sports Si. They have everything JDM on it. Very nice too!

The Black one was made by KingMotorsports (mugen)

The Red one was made by Honda of North America (yes it has the greddy kit)
