I can't imagine any of them would. They're all mechanical, so I would assume that they all have a certain life expectancy.
I mean like:
Hayame
Apex-i
Tein
Tanabe
yadda yadda yadda
I check their sites and they say nothing.

Tein basic and SS.
Based on whats written in the manual that came with my Tein, that there is only a "warranty" if you get them installed by a professional.
1 Year. I emailed them awhile ago.
ya most offer a 1 year warranty. I know hayames offer a 1 year
H&R does too.
weird
my friend just bought some tokico struts and said they have a life time warrenty. Well, just figured it would have one.
Your friend is mistaken. From the tokico website:
1. TOKICO Limited Warranty. TOKICO (USA) Inc. warrants its performance suspension products to the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship and wear-out when used on private passenger cars and light trucks under normal operating conditions for as long as such purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed, except for electronic components, which are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase.
wow... with all the potholes and roadwork around my area, i'd love to have a coilover w/ lifetime warranty... "cant you see that they were purchased only 2 weeks ago???" :D
