Maybe this isn't soon enough, but everything else I've read on here says to remove the rear bumper, and it'll be easy from there.

Also, buried somewhere in the forum archives is a good description of what to rewire and what kind of socket to get for placing the turn blinker in the proper spot.

I'll be looking in a month or so myself -- I'm really tempted to get some CTR lights (either that, or I might just swap '04 tails with someone... I want amber turn signals again; I miss them from my '86).
