use a blowdryer to heat it up and peel the edges with your fingernail and start peeling while constantly heating the sticker.

I then used some wd40 to remove the left over adhesive

i think the general consensus is to use "goo gone" for the leftover adhesive... pretty safe for clear coats... worked fine for me :)

nnooooooooooo... goo gone jus softens the thing till it falls apart making it even more tidious to peel off... jus use your nail and carefully get a corner and finess it off. it took me half an hour to get one off with goo gone, while it took only five minutes without on the other side... a lil goo gone to get it started won't hurt, i guess...

They meant to use the goo gone on the "leftover" adhesive. So after you have the sticker off use the goo gone. I didnt even heat my stickers up to remove them. I just used my fingernail. Didnt take too long. I did it at work and had a chick I work with help.

Same here....I just grabbed an edge and slowly pulled it off. The slower you go, the easier it is to pull it off with no residue left behind. And then (just like blackcivi02 stated) I used the Goo Gone for the small particles of adhesive left over. Overall, it took me ~ 15 minutes to do all that and the rear Civic decal.
