    Help with rear speakers!

    I just bougth a pair of Pioneer 220watt 4 way speakers! Do I need to drill 4 new holes? Anybody did the install on those particular ones?
    Bc i ran a search couldnt come up with anyth!

    hey man im running blaupunkt in my rear, i just used a zip tie to hold em in, works just fine.

    If your able to just drill new holes then I would do that. I had to cut out mounting plates from some thin wood mount the speakers to that then mount that to the factory location

    When I installed my polks I had to drill some holes.

    Rear Speakers

    Yes you will probably have to drill new holes but, the zipties sound nice. Also, be careful when you mount the front door speakers to cut the holes low so your window doesnt hit the magnet. I have the prob. with my 6.5 Alpine Type-R's.
