sometimes cheap high perfomance tire just make road noise. i had some shitty rims and tire from wheelmax.com with like nahking rubber. those POS tires made so much noise i sold them in about 6 months of ownership.

what kind of rubber du your rims have

Is it going louder at higher speeds?

Also if it is a HARD compound it will be noisy

If you think it sounds like something is inside take it off and roll it (or shake it if you can). I worked at a tire shop for almost 4 years. I've seen quite a bit of odd things that can happen. One occasion the special tool to put on the centercaps was taped to the rim and no one noticed it. Needless to say the customer drove away and shortly after came back complaining of a noise. I've also seen wheel weights get stuck inside tires. Valve stem peices are common too, but usually only on used rims/tires. Sometimes you might be able to hear something inside if you have someone drive slow and listen. Just a few thoughts...
