      ITR manifold will fully benefit from high power cams designed for high revs.
      Wouldn't be beneficial for k20a3.

      They also weren't aware of the upcoming rbc/ rrc intake mani. Prc is a wonderful mani for mid range gains. I guess they were tired of building a slow engine.
