    advan A032R

does any-one on this board have any experience with this tire?
i plan to use a sticky tire summer during. i will heat cycle myself for long last.

i am running 15 by 7 nippon spoon replicas

i will take out the wheel tubs; in doing so, could i run a 225?

    thank-you

    they are available on a site known "tirerack";

this is a reputable online store?

they are a good deal, for 225-50-15 is only 168 for one tire non-heat cycled.

the only knowledge i have of these is from i guy i talked to that had them. he said the handling with those tires was amazing, but they only lasted alittle over 5000 miles.

the tirerack is a large company, and quite reputable. I ordered my Kumho tires from them a while back and they were good to deal with.

    this is good news.

    would 225 be too wide?
225 with 50-series aspect ratio will just breach 24 inch overall diameter; one-third inch smaller than the 195 60 50 tires that come from factory.

if not i will purchase a set.
    thank-you

I would actually call and talk to one of their tire techs, or enter it on the website and see what it recommends for size.

the 225/50/15 size will be fine, even with the fender liners in, unless you have majorly dropped the car. The A02Rs should be a fantastic tire that do not last very long. The Speedo difference will be hardly noticeable.

i own H&R sport springs, with approximatley two-inch drop.

i will try them, if rubbing, then remove liner.]

    thank-you everyone

a032r are a nice tire. they will not last very long, especially if you buy the S compound. the H compound will last about twice as long, but does not develop anywhere near as much grip during street operation.

225/50/15 will fit fine on a 15x7 wheel, and will fit just fine in your wheel wells.
