How are the stock shocks when coupled with the Eibach Sportlines? Do they perform adequately for an everday driver?

Thats what i'm running.
Rides very rough over certain types of bumps.
I fly off my seat at least once a day.
I need new struts.
my stock shocks are fine after 20,000 miles with progress springs!
yeah a little hit here and there but they ride like stockerz!
get progress, you wont be dissapointed!!!!:D ;)
how much do the progress lower? The sportlines make a perfect drop in my opnion.
