I need help on this installation i know it might seem easy to some but this is my first time i need to either see a diagram or directions or anything that'll help me install this upper strut tie bar. The directions are in japanese and i cant read it please help thank you!

yeah, brand would help..but with my neuspeed I just took off the two nuts that needed to be removed from the top of the struts. Just put it up there and see where it bolts down, then unscrew the nuts and slap it on.
its mugen rear upper strut tower bar
i could explain here but go to www.neuspeed.com->honda->civic SI->02 up->tie-bars->rear upper, now go to the top right of that screen they have color instructions in .pdf the neuspeed mounts the same as the mugen,
