20.2 lbs for 17's is not bad.
sorry, but that's too heavy to me. Maybe 18 at the most, but that's itOriginally posted by DynaSpeed

Well, I will even go as far as to say that those are some of the lightest 17 'factory' wheels - give or take.sorry, but that's too heavy to me. Maybe 18 at the most, but that's it
True that's pretty light for 17, and the fact that they're factory.
As a matter of a fact, if those web site numbers are correct, you will see that a 17 wheel from a M3, forged wheel weights 20 lbs. Which means 17 for a cast factory wheel is not that bad.
sorry, that's still to heavy for me :DOriginally posted by yomamaInMySi

Or you can get a set of forged alloy SSR competition that are really light, but the problem with that is if you drive over a pebble you will bend them. I tell you this based on experience. That's the problem that you face with really light weight forged wheels.
bend one of those expensive wheels and you're gonna be hurtin
that's why I'd get 16's, more rubber on the tireOriginally posted by IceD out N CALI
