i'm looking for some everyday tires, good for the summer. I want good traction and long thread wear. I'm also gonna get some 17 inch rims

I just asked the same thing. Look at kumho ecsta supra 712's and Yokohama AVS es100's.

Hands down the best tire I have used was the Yokohama Parada Spec 2 but since they don't offer that tire in the size I needed I went with the Yokohama ES100.
