help with camber kit

well, i just got my spc camber kit in the mail and was installing it (using the k-series.com technical section as a diy). yet my spc camber kit is a little different. on the front two bolts that i replace, what goes where? is it the same setup as my old bolt? also on the spc bolt i got like this metal plate with a tab on it, and a another squarish metal plate (that wasnt on the bolt). what do i do with those? it seems like only a bolt, how can this be adjustable? thanks.

You replace the top bolts.
How does it adjust... install the camber kit, loosen(not take out) the bottom bolt and then turn the camber bolt. You'll notice the camber starting to change.. the above link should cover everything tho.
As for the squarish metal plate, i have no clue what that is
