    well its fixed.. took 6 hours total to fully fix it .. just as long as it took to install the dang thing.. videos will be going up monday night .. didnt get to do any today and cant tommorow bc of easter sunday

    well with the tentioner pulley you use a bolt to adjust where u want the pulley to be placed to put the tention on it.. as it turns out that bolt is no were near strong enough to put that much presure on it so it broke off the head of the bolt.. since it was easter weekend the usual places to get a new bolt were closed so i went to lowes and got a grade 8 sae 1/4" bolt and re tapped it to metric and re died the hole to match.. works like a charm now

    and another thing.. at WOT its boosting 7lbs above 5k rpm.. im going to call jackson later today and tell them about it

    lol, I knew it...45 ft lbs isn't much for torque...it says to torque at 45 ft lbs...I've seen people crank down on the tensioners and either do that or snap the belt...not sure if you know, once you torque it to 45lbs...let it run till warm and check again, then check again after a few hours...as it may stretch a tad when new.

    thanks guys.. it needs more boost though.. that means new pulley and k-pro once some base maps for the a3 comes out

    how much of a gain do you think you will get after you are done? cuz im trying to decide between supercharger or turbo...

    imo, it will never be as fast as a turbo can be. with the hondata upgrade, I'd expect no more than 210-220whp

    but it is more reliable than a turbo and better for a daily driver correct? 200+ whp isnt bad... imo.
