Rear Bumper

I have a fat ass ding and scratches in my rear bumper and im planning to fix it, would it be better if i just buy a new bumper or a body shop would do it?
a used bumper from a member here would be nice!
i have a NHB si.

Just buy used OEM rear bumper.

They are easily repaired if they are not completely torn:(

There is plastic repair material or filler just like bondo and is done using the same process. Sand using 80-150 grit/prep, fill with plastic filler, sand with 400 grit until suface is almost level , and wet sand using 600-800 grit sandpaper, dry, prime, re-wet-sand and paint.
