Shocks and Springs Set for 02 si

I was planning on getting eiback pro-kit springs for my 02 si. (don't actually have it yet, but soon)
I wanted to get shocks at the same time. Is there a set kit/combo of eiback lowering springs that lower about 1.5-1.75"?

Also, wouldn't I want to get new tires at the same time, because the new tires would be lower profile and I'd be able to judge the wheel gap that way.

In my opinion I would say go with the Ground Controls, you get the quality of Eibach springs which is what you want with the adjustablity of Coil Overs, throw them on some Koni Yellows (this is definitely what I'm going to go with once I can raise $500) and your all set

Where can you get 4 Koni's and a set of GC's for $500?

The koni yellows alone are $640.

That's kind of a lot and I'd rather not lower without the right shocks.
