    Thumbs up K-Sport coilovers.

Today I visited my local import parts supplier to view some samples of the new K-Sport (Japanese division of D2 Racing) coilovers for EP3-R.
First impression is that the quality is very high. Looking forward to recieve my set very soon. :)

interesting. instead of purple they're orange.

i'm still a little wary of D2's products just because i haven't heard much about them. what's the feeling over in the UK about D2?

Perhaps they need to be different color to go with the different name.

Not many people in UK have heard of D2 and K-Sport.
Hopefully I'll be one of the first EP3-R owner to have it installed.;)

750 GBP? that's about $1300 USD. are they made in japan, because i know the D2s are made in Taiwan. just trying to figure out the price discrepancy.

They are made by D2 Racing in Taiwan but repackaged and renamed for the Japanese market and dont ask me why because I dont know the answer to that yet. lol

Unfortunately yes its 750.00GBP = 1,312.28USD and everything in UK is very expensive hence why our import scene is not as popular.
I know you guys are paying 850USD for the D2s/
Believe me TEIN Flex for EP3 cost 1,351.25GBP + shipping so K-Sport is a more sensible choice me thinks.

    They look tite

The reason why everything in UK costs more than here in Cali, is that they have to pay more duty tax. Plus they have an extra charge called VAT which is an additional 17.5% on what the products are worth. That is the main reason why they pay so much.

But they do have them EP3R's though
