Recomend a tire and help me remove my calipers

Hey guys, could you recommend a good tired for about 215/45/17 i don't want to spend more than 70 bux, they will be summer tires but most be good in the rain.

also if you guys have any secret links to tutorials that show how to remove your calipers i would greatly appreciate it

70 bucks for a 17" tire? good luck.

the kumho 711s are around that price. don't expect anything good out of 70 dollar 17" tires tho.
