    12v power source

hey i was wondering where you can plug in a shift knob to get 12v power out of it. the wires are pretty short, about 6 or 7 inches so it has to be some place close. thanks.

Well I don't really agree with the "neon" shift knob but it you want to do it you are going to have to buy some more wire.
    1. Splice the wires together.
    2. If the wires run out the bottom of the knob then just run them straight down into the shift boot.
    3. I would just attach it to the 12v source that powers the 12v outlet below the shifter.

depends on how much current it draws, either the cigarette terminal or use an ad a fuse in the fuse block
