    Removed my rear wiper.

I had the day off today so I decided to clean up the car and remove my rear wiper.

The process is pretty straight forward. I used K-Series.com as a reference for the part #'s. Its a great write up, its only missing better pictures of the new parts.

    Old parts:

    How it looks naked:

I ordered the parts through a fellow ephatcher that works at a nearby honda dealer, I should have the stuff in a few days.

When I got home from the dealer, there was chirping coming from a corner in the dining room. I walked over and saw this:

I just picked it up and put it outside. When i put it down, it wouldn't fly or walk away. I poked it a few times and it just gave me a wierd look.

Nice pics...I'm thinking about doing this myself but debating on whether or not I should, because I do use my rear wiper at times.

PS- That bird is sooo sad. Maybe he was expecting you to regurgetate (sp?) some food? :(

Rear wiper deleted looks good - personally i like my wiper because even after rain-x, water still seems to just sit on the window.

If the EP wasnt a daily driver, i would def. get rid of rear wiper!

What ever happened with the bird? he fly away or do you have a new little buddy?

I don't drive my car much, so having the hole there for a few days wont hurt :p

I've been looking for better pics of the cap too. As soon as I get it I'll take a good pic of it.

After 5 mins, the bird finally started to walk away. :smilem:
