    Definitely check the CV joints...
jack up the front, and get under there.

look somewhere on the way between the brakes and the engine for little "boots" or thick, ribbed rubber things on the axles.

Those are the CV joints, they allow the axle to turn the wheel no matter what angle it is turned at. The compound joint lives inside that rubber boot, and it SHOULD be packed FULL of thick gooey grease.

If its torn or empty or missing, get thee to the dealership.

    Good Luck!

easier way to check the cv joint with no tools.......... look on the inside of your front rims.......... ifs its got a greyish dirty slime on there........ means your outer cv is ripped. if its not then you could of have a fault U joint. Or the sound could be just a cost :P
