Looks like thats from a Phillipine Model Civic. It uses our engine except its been down-tuned. And its basically an US EX coupe with our engine with a automatic transmission.

Yup that model is in the Philippines, the RS is fucken fast, i saw 1 when i was there a week ago our corrola could not even see the dudes taillights.
