Good plate idea, but not very original. Why don't you get something more original.

I agree - first of all, how many new si's are even out there right now. Second, he's getting creative with the type of car he has for his plates. I once saw a late model 911 with the plates "00 959" and thought it looked perfectly appropriate and not tacky or anything. I say go for it.
Why would you put the plate of a different car on your own car? Just cuz you can't *have* a 959, so you get the next best thing? Interesting...I once saw a late model 911 with the plates "00 959"

Maybe the owner had a 959 at one time, and now had a 911. This is why I don't believe in personalize plates with the kind of car on them. They only last for as long as you have the car. The longest I've had a car is about 3 years.Originally posted by DynaSpeed

Wha??!! the 959 is arguably *the best* Porsche ever made. Also the most difficult to own. Sadly, not all countries could import them (hmmm... seems like a recurring theme). So even if you had about aI thought a 911 was better than a 959?
