      Talking new to it all

      hey folks

      i am a newb to hondas...im used to driving a lifted fullsize bronco. but it got totalled and i wanted something sporty and with gasmilage better than 9mpg so i went out and get me a 04 civic si. i love the way this lil thing handles and i expect to drop it a lil and do some other mods to it.

      anyone else around the memphis, tn area?

      yeah the gasmileage sucked but it was fun to drive offroad and crawl over big rocks and stuff.....

      ive be soo excited bout getting this car.. i had problems sleeping the first week i had it just cus i was thinking bout all the things i want to do to it. (and all the things i want to do to my girl in it hehehe)

      Welcome to the site. The gas mileage that I am getting right now is about 29 miles per gallon around town, so that is not too bad.

      I get 20-22 mpg in the city and 25-27 on highway. I don't drive hard AT ALL. Shift around 3k and pickup slowly. Running on 87 octane with 5w-30 honda motor oil.
