    Talking Painted my engine cover and spark plug cover





    Here is what I used:


    I will be installing them today. Will post more pics when they're installed.

    For a first time painter, I think they came out pretty good. Enjoy!!

    A cheesy little metric ratchet set is all you need. 2 10 mm bolts on the IM cover and ~4 on the plug cover.

    Its very easy indeed. Just be careful on the spark plug cover. The 2 inner ones on mine unscrewed the whole nut and bolt which goes through the coil pack. No big deal though. Just put the bolt back into coil packs. Just a heads up incase you were wondering what was taking those 2 nuts to come off lol. And yes. 10mm is the socket size. Seems like most everything on this car is either 10,12 or 14mm. Good luck
