I think the widest anyone has tried to use around here is a 225.
Im thinking of changing my wheels from 17 to 15 inch and I will be getting some 15 x 7 gramlights 57C. What is the widest tires in the market that will fit the rims perfectly without rubbing. Thanks.

i wouldn't go wider than a 225 on a 15x7 wheel. not to mention, 225/50/15 is the widest 15" tire you can get in street compounds.
pay attention to the offset of the wheels b/c it will be a big factor in wether you have rubbing issues or not. Also the camber settings you have will affect rubbing.
I've had 225/50/15 on a 15x7 wheel with +37 offset for over a year now. I had to trim my fenders to get the rear camber I wanted -1 degrees. If you run -1.5 or so, you can get away w/o having to trim/roll fenders with that offset. or you could just use a +42 or so offset wheel and be fine.
