How to install a Type R Spoiler?

how do we take out the stock wing on an 2003 si and put on the TYPE R SPOILER

no pics, but i'll try to explain it the best i can

1. open the trunk

2. pop open the black panel. the one closes to the body.

3. once it is popped. you'll see 2 nuts in the middle, remove those along with 2 bolts on the side.

4. once all removed, have a buddy to pull up on one side of the stock spoiler. it is being held down by velco/double sided tape.

5. place your type-r spoiler on top. run the LED wire to one of the hole in the middle. that way u can avoid drilling into your hatch.

6. place those......foam thingy/gasket in each bolt hole, so water dont leak in through those small hole.

7. cut off the 3rd brake light. find out which is positivie or neg. then hook up the type-r spoiler's led wires to that.

8. finally, bolt the spoiler down with the same bolts u removed. depending on which spoiler u get. you might have to bolt down 2 more bolts.
