Question Keep old springs with new shocks?

Put Tein S-Techs on stock shocks about 10,000 miles ago. Handling was much improved, but Camber is now way off in the back, and my front left shock sounds like it's going to explode.

My car is probably an inch lower than it was when I first put on the springs. I need new shocks. I plan to put on Tokico shocks when they are released, here are my questions:

    A) Should I buy new aftermarket springs when I put on the new shocks? IE - is the current shock problem damaging the Teins, and will the compromised Teins shorten the life of the new Tokicos?

    B) What other parts of my car are at risk by driving around with my shocks in their current condition? (besides shocks, springs, tires)

Any answers or suggestions would be appreciated.

i've been driving 25k+ miles on neuspeed race springs (2.25"+) drop on stock shocks and they're fine. the springs haven't even sagged too much. for $150, these springs are exceptional.
