Just spotted new Front bumper on www.kopistyling.com.
Car shown is 5 Door but fitment is same for European 3 Door models. I think the rebar will be different to USDM though. I have mailed them to see what material used is.
There is back bumper too but that is for 5 door only.

those lights are the 04 projecters. those are OEM.
