thats ridiculous!
so clean, i'll be surprised if you dont open a vortex from the air wizzing past that line.
I decided to clean up the drivers side of the Z3 head.
So I found a TSX coolant outlet
I will be removing the outlet for the heater core and useing a AN-10 fitting there. Then I will be smoothing it all out and then having it black powder coated to match the VC and RBC.
As soon as my replacement port grinder gets here I will get to work and then post up some more pics before and after coating.

Must be the busy time of year at work for ya. Are the bearings on back order or you having something done with them?
doug, are you going to be beefing up the journals, or leave them as-is?
I am not sure what you are refering to with "beefing up the Journals", I had the crank journals micropolished.
The bearings are on backorder from Honda.
