Im in the process of a K24a1 Swap myself, If I had a Digital Camera around I'd be happy to share with ya. But im already at pulling the old blown motor out. Its not as hard as it may seem, and Iv never done anything like this before. But DIY is always great!!!!! Maybe It'll let me know If I forgot something.

dude keep the cams!! i dont think you can run the tsx cams unless you're going with a true vtec head.. and you can run the stock ep ecu.. davis was!

sweet....and what was awesome about the deal i got was he threw in the a1 head exedy flywheel, IM complete with injectors and fuel rail.....alot of stuff I can just sell...so i got a crazy ass deal on it.
