Ok, Finally I got dyno tuned.
Norris Prayoonoto tuned my car at Auto Upgrade in chatilly va.
When I walked in for my appointment, Norris was asking me about my setup, told him I have the crv head with bc stage 3 cams for the k20a3/k24a1/a4 type head. He was excited since he hasn't tuned cams for the a3 yet.
I was just walking around while he was tuning my car. Mostly I was looking at Norris's race cars. His clutchmaster integra was on the lift. I also got a glimpse of the IPS Intake Manifold which looked awesome.
Anyways, When he was done, he came up to me and asked me "What do you think you made?" I said "I dunno 182?"
He showed me the printout and i was very happy.
192.89 HP and 143.85 TQ!!!!!!!! He was suprised himself and told me he never seen an a3 pull those numbers before.
Anyways I don't have a scanner at the moment so I just took a pic of the printout.
Here is my complete setup
K24a1 head with BC stage 3 cams and valve springs retainers
TSX VTC Gear (limits the vtc to 25 deg.)
RC 440 Injectors
Hondata Kpro
RBC Intake Manifold W/ Karcepts adapter
Injen Cold Air Intake
Megan Racing Header
Stock 05-06 RSX Midpipe
Spoon N1 Axle Back
Toda TCT
Stock K20a3 Bottom end.
I plan to get a bigger exhaust setup, new clutch and light flywheel, Maxbore TB, and a better race header (buddy club?) and hopefully I'll break 200.

since the dyno tune, I've installed
Competition Stage 2 clutch and competition lightweight flywheel.
Buddy Club RH (it's so much better than Megan)
T1R Midpipe
Car is a bit loud, and has this rasp between 2k-3k rpm but other than that it sounds awesome!
My modified VTC gear should be here next wed, which will allow me to go up to 35deg, so after I get that, I'm going back to Auto Upgrade and Norris to get it retuned.
new tune on Tuesday right with the new header and modded vtc? I'm excited to hear the results.
