    303 is great and its cheap too, or Vinylex. I've heard that some silicone based dressings are not good for rubber and may cause it to degrade over time. 303 and vinylex have UV protection (so your dash wont fade) and leave a nice matt finish, not overly shiny. Less is more, apply the dressing, let it set for a minute, then wipe away any excess so the surface wont attract dust.
