Ep won't start need help no spark

Ok so about a week after I got K-pro installed I got some intermittent stalling I would be driving along and it would stall out. A couple times just drop the clutch and it would start back up and run good. About 2 weeks ago it stalled on the Hwy and I pushed it to a farm place near by. It has not started since.

I have the greddy k20a3 stock kal loaded for kpro no tuning yet

I have the imobilizer enabled button unchecked

I checked the Fuel pressure its good my father inlaw checked it with a meter.

The fuel injectors fire, my father inlaw has light bulbs you plug into the injector harness and the light flashed when it was suppose to.

I get no codes what so ever the only code I have ever seen is the knock sensor

The imobilizer light comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out when you put the key on.

I put a half of tank of fresh gas in 92 octane a day after I put kpro in I also but a can of surefoam in to make sure it wasn't bad gas.

I took each sparkplug/wire thing out and plugged a spark plug in it and grounded the threads and I am not getting any spark.

So I am using the Mil Circuit Troubleshooting from the honda manual download

So on page 11-98 Try to start engine
Did it start No Go to step 14

    14 Turn ignition switch off
    15 inspect no 6 fuse
    Good go to step 22
    22 check no 17 fuse
    good go to step 34
    34 dissconnect ecm connector e 31 p
    35 turn ingnition on
    36 measure ep to ground
    12v present goto step 37
37 Measure between e7 and ground
    12v present goto step 42
    42 reconnect connector E
    43 turn ingnition on
    44 measure a2 and a3 to ground
12v present at each goto 51
    51 measure between a4 a5 a23 and a24
    all were 0v
    52 measure a21 to ground
    5v present goto step 60
    60 measure a20 to ground
    5v present goto 68
    68 measure e5 to ground
    5v present

then the book say to swap ecm's or update with latest software.

Should I swap or update ecms or look other places for problems? Any ideas?

If you've followed all of the diagnostic instructions up to this point and it says to swap in a known good ECU, I would give that a shot.

when you installed Kpro did you get it tuned?
how do you know if your not getting spark if you dont have the coil pack connected?

    i think its a bad tune/map

I left the coil pack wires hooked up to a spark plug and the engine wire harnes and grounded the threads of the spark plug and had someone try to start the car and no spark present. i have data logs from before it went down if that might shed some light. I have re downloaded the stock map 3-4 times should I try another different map?

i have not got it tuned yet the closest tuner/ dyno is 130 miles east of me and this not starting stuff is holding it up.

Also If I do try to swap ecm's is the kpro just swap bds plug and play?? I dont have another ecm but I dont know what else to try.

Unless you try that in a dark garage you wont see much of anything at all.

The boards are not plug and play, Hondata would have to desolder the daughterboard and solder it into another ECU.

I did it in the garage with the lights off, is it a crank sensor or cam sensor that tells the sparkplugs to fire? the way it looks on the schm. the signals come from the ecu. but must get inputs from a sensor to fire.

You wouldn't have fuel injector pulse if it were a crank position sensor malfunction...

yea true probably would get a cel to.

So what sensor is used to trigger the timeing for the spark?
I did have the 12 volts at the spark plug harness with the ignition on maybe I should check continuety between the wires of the plugs and the ecm,

I tried loading other kals into kpro tried rev hard and couple others... nothing could tell it was starting to flood "gas smell"

Hey everyone My car started!!! I didn't have 12 volts constantly out at each coil I would have it when the ignition was on but then when it cranked it went down to less than a volt I messed around in the fuse box under the dash and it started So I hope it stays that way

I am wondering if it wasn't a corroded fuse or not pushed in I also reseated some of the wires above the fuses

Yea I keep that in mind I actually changed back to an old set to see if that would help.
