The Genuine honda switch does not have a relay in them. If you read on one of the other pages of this post someone takes one apart, you can clearly see there is no relay.

okay still kinda confused on the wiring tho. whos diagram is correct? the DIY says the middle of the 3 wires from the button is power (starter)(power)(ground) but in your post it is (power)(IGN)(ground) im assuming IGN or same as starter?

IGN is a switched power source. I believe its acc1 off the ignition column. When comparing the pictures make sure you are comparing them the same way, the plug is keyed, so you need to orient yourself by that. The two diagrams are really the same, just one is using a relay the other is not. So instead of going to the starter right off the button it will go to a relay. When the relay gets power (from the button) it will close and allow power to go to the starter. The power button only opens and closes the gate on relay. The relay makes the connection for the starter.

Physically the relay goes where ever you find space to mount it. Electrically you can follow the instructions posted for the relay install.

No clue then. Your local honda stealership or ebay.

ok, the time is nearing, and I wanna be 100% ready to knock this out.

so to everyone that has one, what did you use for your 12v ignition, and what did you use for your 12v constant? It says to test, but I figure, we all drive EP's, so I would think the wires would be the same, hopefully. the DIY says he used the Cigarette fuse for the 12v ignition, but since I'm using a relay, what about the 12v constant?

Sorry it took me so long to find this. This is the diagram I worked off of to do mine. I had originally found it somewhere else, but this one should work for you:
