i bought mine today and i got stuck where to wire things up. i have 4 wires: black(-) red(15) green(15,ign) green(50)

the instructions tell you to wire:
the black with the body (i know how to do that part:P)
the green wire(15,ign) should be connected to terminal 15 on the back of the ignition switch
the other green wire(50) should be connected to terminal 50 on the back of the ignition switch
the red should be connected to terminal 15, which is the power path that passes through the ignition switch

can you help me to locate where to wire the 2 green and red wires exactly?

    thanks.

30a should be fine, I believe that's what I used.

I'm pretty sure it lights up where the white is. Check your connection and the bulb inside the button.

Is it correct that I only need to run the 12v output from the switch to the relay?

Yes, basically, the switch itself is only allowing for the 12v signal (from ign) to "activate" the relay which then lets battery 12v power to run to ignition line.

Perhaps if you hacked it right or got a socket for it. Typically though, no, wrong type of relay.
