    So then em2 sway bar, karcept adapter is for sure what I need. Why can't we use the existing k24a2 tb
    Got kpro already :)
    I need a stronger rear motor mount for less movement maybe going to get new clutch

    What else u waiting for?

    As of now i have have the a2 6 spd tranny kpro and plm raceheader. I also bought a 2004 rsx type s fuel pump assembly has nothing to do with the swap but my fuel gauge is broken. Im buying the CC stage 2 clutch next week and light flywheel. Im doin all the big stuff now so all i need in the end is little things.

    I think it has something to do with the tps and map sensor location i dont know for sure but when you buy a longblock they usually dont include the TB so might as well use your ep one.

    K24A2 throttle body is drive by wire which is why we need to use the drive by cable EP3 throttle body

    A friend of mine is parting out his type s. He has a Comptech race header and is willing to sell it to me cheap. Question: will this header bolt up to a k24a2?

    If it's for your EP3 then yes but you'll need to mod your exhaust as the RSX-S header is longer than the EP3 one. If it's for your TSX then I don't know.

    em2 front sway is not necessarily needed with certain race headers. i have the PLM, same as you, and kept my stock front sway.

    cool good to know that so i dont have to buy a em2 sway. What motor mounts are you using differentK?

    im grabbing a rear hasport only 116
    so far grabbed engine 82k miles locally for 1200
    TB adapter 50 bucks
    Rear mount 116
    clutch doing a Execedy oem replacement 170
    PRB intake Mani 50 bucks
    my buddy is helping me so paying him 550 for help
    total cost to me 2136 not bad at all i might say

    you dont need a throttle body adapter with the PRB intake manifold. you will need the intake manifold adapter to bolt the manifold to the head since the k24a2 has an integrated water port . you only need the throttle body adapter if you plan to use a RBC/RRC intake manifold which uses a drive by wire throttle body which is a different bolt pattern than our cable throttle body.

    Right on gtec. You might even finish the swap before i do. I just got my plm raceheader today.
