Is there a bolt with a ball bearing on the tip? I don't remember where it goes but I remember having one when I pulled apart the tranny...I think.lol.

there are three there int he top part of the tranny, the shifter forks are notched and the bearings spring into the notches to hold gears

Without a transmission right here to take apart, I cant remember what the F that bolt is for...But it is a special bolt



Ah shit now I remember, that is to retain the reverse gear shaft.
